Step 1: Share Your Idea or Request Design Help

Send us your jersey concept through WhatsApp or email - (leafzeez@gmail.com).

 

You can:

  • -Upload your own ready design,

  • - Share your team logo and colors,

  • -Or just describe what you want — our designer will help mock it up for FREE.

Step 2: Confirm Mockup + Sizing

Once we have prepared the design, we’ll send you a digital mockup.

 

At this stage, you will need to:

  • -Confirm the final design (colors, design placement, names, numbers & etc.)

  • -Submit your size breakdown (for apparel order) for others than apparel submit your order details.
     (e.g., 3 x S, 5 x M, 2 x L)

  • -Choose fabrics/materials if options are available.

Step 3: Make Payment

After confirming design and quantity, we’ll send you the quotation/total amount and payment instructions.

 

We accept:

  • -Bank Transfer (FPX / DuitNow)

  • -Touch ‘n Go eWallet (optional)

  • -Cash


Payment Terms:

  • -50% deposit to start production

  • -Remaining 50% before delivery (or COD for local pickup)

Step 4: Production Begins (7 Working Days)

Once deposit is received, we start production immediately.

  • -We ensure accurate sizing, clear printing, and durable stitching/material.

  • -Production time: as fast as 7 working days only (depending on quantity).

Step 5: Delivery / Pickup

Once your jerseys are ready, we’ll send you photos for final approval.

 

Then we will:

  • -Ship nationwide via trusted courier (PosLaju / J&T / etc.).

  • -Provide tracking number

  • -Or arrange for self-pickup if you're nearby

 

🎁 Packaging is secure and neatly packed for your team.
